SUBMITTING ENTRIES. Entries may be made online at www.iowastatefair.org/entry. Entries may also be made on forms available online at
www.iowastatefair.org. Complete entry form and return it with full payment of all fees to: Iowa State Fair, Beef Cattle Department, P.O. Box 57130 , Des Moines , Iowa 50317-0003 .
3. ENTRY DEADLINE IS JULY 1. ENTRIES MUST BE SUBMITTED ONLINE OR POSTMARKED ON OR BEFORE JULY 1.
4. ENTRY FEES. Each exhibitor, as a requirement for entry, will pay an entry fee of $22 per animal, consisting of a $7 stall fee and a $15 bedding fee. Entry Fee must accompany entry or it will be returned.
4-H/FFA HEIFERS. Exhibitors entering in 4-H or FFA classes may also enter their heifers in corresponding Open Classes by paying a $7 fee and making entry on Open Class entry forms on or before July 1. All such entries must be made in the name of the owner as shown on the registry certificate and become subject to Open Class rules.
5. LATE ENTRIES. Entries postmarked July 2 - July 8 will be charged a late fee of $10 per head in addition to regular entry fees. No entries will be accepted after July 8. Entries are accepted according to earliest postmark.
6. REFUNDS. No refunds of fees will be made unless cancellation is received IN WRITING (letter, fax or e-mail) by July 21. No refunds will be given on

First Miniature Hereford show in the South !!!
Come visit beautiful North Carolina at the best time of the year with our beautiful fall weather typically 75-80 daytime and 50-55 degrees nightime. The NC State Fair averages over one million visitors per year. Entry fees are $ 10 per head, bedding included, with free entry for breeders and free parking at the first class location, the Jim Graham Building located on the fairgrounds. http://ncstatefair.org/2011/index.htm
Entries are completed online with a September 15th deadline, but it is best to enter early as total entries for all beef cattle is limited to the first 500 entries.
